  2. If property is under a corp. 2008 tax returns
  3. Subject property profit and loss statement for 2008
  4. Square footage information
  5. Pictures of subject property
  6. Recent appraisal, survey and/or any other inspections done
  7. List of any deferred maintenance or any major repair needed (roof, HVAC, plumbing, electric)
  8. If property was purchased in 2008/2009 copy of the settlement statement
  
 

Residential Property (owner-occupied/vacation/investment)

  1. If purchased in 2008/2009 provide copy of the settlement statement
