Our company is helping property owners in South Florida reduce their real-estate tax. We can help reduce your real-estate taxes for all type of properties including residential homestead properties, residential vacation homes, residential investments and commercial properties.
Our service includes:
- Determine the estimated value of your property
- Research and gather the necessary documents and information related to the property being assessed
- Submit and file the petition before the Value Adjustment Board (VAB)
- Negotiate your case with the Property Appraiser’s office before they are scheduled to be heard by the Value Adjustment Board
- Represent you during the hearing and, as the need arises, argue before the “Special Magistrates” the appealed case
Costs
We are collecting $79 upon submission, that amount covers all counties fees, evaluation fees, submission fees. NO OTHER UPFRONT FEES.
If and ONLY if we are able to reduce your taxes, we will collect a ONE TIME fee of 35% of the tax savings.
Example: Say your property was assessed at $200,000 and hence the real-estate tax at about $4,400 and we are able to lower the assessed value to $130,000 which means the new taxes will be about $2,860. Your saving are $1,540 and we are entitled to ONE TIME fee of 35% of that which is $539. |
